About me
Which language should translators know best? Their mother tongue! My roots were planted here early, with the best German Abitur and a literature prize.
This led me to creative translation. With a good feeling for language, imagination, knowledge of both cultures, a sense of quality and knowledge of the facts, I translate your advertising and sales texts.
It is quite different with translations of documents. Here I pay attention to literal renderings. After translating more than 2,000 documents, I routinely convert convoluted bureaucratic turns of phrase into beautiful official German. There are only a few abbreviations left that I am not familiar with. Not only the terminology, but also the background is familiar to me. For quality reasons, I only translate into my mother tongue German.
